Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana has been launched for all of the women in the state who want to get a loan for up to rupees 100000 on a zero per cent interest rate. This opportunity is available for all of the women who are employed under self-help groups.Vijay Rupani on Sunday declared Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana (MMUY). This is a plan of giving without interest advances to ladies’ gatherings in the state. It is set to be propelled on September 17, the birthday of PM Narendra Modi. An official delivery said that the administration is wanting to give complete loaning up to Rs 1,000 crore to these gatherings to be enlisted as a joint obligation and procuring gathering (JLEG).

This scheme is for the woman self- help groups. Under this scheme the beneficiaries will get interest free loan. The state government is going to sanction a budget of Rs. 1000 crore to provide the loan. The women will be able to live their life without any worry about their self-help groups. Interest-free loans will be provided by the government of Gujarat and the interest amount will be given by the state government.

Small Business Loans to Women SHGs for Self-Employment
Successful implementation of this scheme can make small businesses entrepreneurial while job creators rather than job creators. Women in SHG can start their own employment with the amount received under this self-employment scheme. Gujarat Chief Minister Mahila Kalyan Yojana will help women to start and earn a regular income. There will be no collateral security or third-party guarantee required to avail loans under Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana.
Benefits of the scheme
Scheme is beneficial for more than 2.51 SHG’s in rural area and 24,000 SHG’s in urban area. Self-help groups will get loan without interest. Loan providing procedure will be hassle free as per this scheme. State government will bear the interest amount and pay it directly to the banks. Not only this the government has decided to waive of stamp duty on these loans. Government is planning to provide loan to 10 lakh women across the state.
