The cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Friday decided to start Sona Sobran Dhoti Sari Yojana under which BPL families of Jharkhand will be given either one dhoti or one lungi besides one sari twice in a fiscal year.Jharkhand government is going to start Sona Sobran Dhoti Saree Scheme 2021 and state cabinet has approved this proposal on 16 October. In the Jharkhand Sona Sobran Dhoti Saree Scheme, govt. will provide one saree and one lungi or dhoti to 57.10 lakh BPL families.
